Our Services

We provide market value opinions, for use in a variety of situations. From mortgage financing to complex corporate restructurings, you can depend on our work.

  • Power of Sale

When a property is being foreclosed or under Power of Sale, a market value opinion is required.

  • Feasibility Studies

Examination of costs and benefits for a prospective real estate endeavour.

  • Estate Planning

When acting as an executor, or in consultation with your accountant, our reports provide the necessary market data for your estate.

  • Mortgage Financing

A large portion of our work involves bank financing of existing or newly acquired real estate.

  • Partial Takings

Partial takings allow the government to expropriate the parts of an asset it needs, leaving the owner the remainder. Partial takings present unique valuation scenarios and require our expertise for accurate compensation.

  • Negotiations

When Real Estate Value is the central point of discussion, a report can aid in that process.
